We do not compete with other Agents! 

  • We do not "buy listings" by promising high prices.    (We offer proper pricing assistance 'after' Sellers have signed up with our service; and we clearly explain the importance of proper pricing.)
  • We do not charge high commissions (High commissions are generally added somewhere, usually on top of the selling price!):  No need to worry about that here. 

Serious Sellers only - please!    

  • We do not take listings from Seller who are just "testing the water".  Our Sellers are serious, offering bonified listings and ready to strike a deal as soon as possible!
